Terms of Product Use 

You must only use the products in accordance with the instructions provided and only for the purpose in which they are provided. Patch testing is required before usage.  

Nothing in these terms provide you with any entitlement or right to sell, license or distribute our products to third parties. 

This site is solely an online store for beauty products.

How to apply for the 14 day money back guarantee

Still not seeing any glow email hello@baeskinco.com with subject title: 14 day money back guarantee. 

Please include invoice number & your reason for your application of refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your Glow mask + Brush must be returned to us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Return postage is to be paid by customer & is not part of the refund.
We will also notify you the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Our 100% Money Back Guarantee lasts 14 days from the purchase date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
We refund at the price the product was purchased for unless product was purchased on sale.  If more than one product was purchased during the transaction, we will only accept money back for one open item. Product purchased on sale of 20% or more do not qualify for the 100% refund. BAE SKIN CO glow mask is the only product is available for 100% of money back. 

Please note we don't accept refunds based on change of mind once it has been dispatched. 

Australian sales ONLY, international sales do not qualified  for the 14 day 100% Money Back Guarantee or any other money back promo.


BAE SKIN CO will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition; no refund will be made for products that have been opened including opened plastic protector wrapping or are returned damaged.

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. 

If the product purchased is defective or you feel is not as advertised, please email us at hello@baeskinco.com prior to returning the products and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds – We do not do refunds because of change of mind.  

Fees that may occur: transaction amount minus a 2% fee via Shopify payments and 3% fee when paying with PayPal.  

Return shipping is to be paid for via the customer, also the standard shipping rate will be deducted out of the purchase price return.
