Is this safe for sensitive skin? 

Yes! Our multi use mask uses natural ingredients and is designed specifically for sensitive & irritated skin. 

 

How many uses? 

The glass jar is 100ml, which is about 2 months’ worth (3-4 uses per week).

How long till I notice results? 

You will notice results instantly you will see that magic GLOW! Even after first use, your skin will appear clean and far softer than before. You will also notice that your pores have closed.  

With highly congested areas we suggest using spot treatments. 

 

SHIPPING & DISPATCH 

 

All orders are shipped from Perth WA 6151 with Australia Post and a tracking number is issued via email. You must provide a safe and secure address as the courier will safe drop your parcel if you are not at home.

Australia Post Standard: 4-6 Business Days 

Australia Post Express: 1-2 Business Days 

 

New Zealand: 

Economy Air (Free): 5-10 Business Days 

Express postage: 1-3 Business Days 

 

USA: 

Standard post: 5 -10 Business Days 

Express postage: 4 Business Days

Deliveries will be made to the shipping address nominated by you and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that the address provided is complete and accurate.

In the unfortunate case of entering the wrong address, please contact us ASAP by emailing hello@baeskinco.com. If we haven't sent your parcel yet, we can amend the address.  

If we have already sent your parcel, a $20 ‘return to sender’ fee will be charged. 

We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to correct addresses or incorrect/invalid addresses. In the event that a product is lost in transit, Baeskinco will help as much as is reasonably necessary to trace a missing parcel. 

 

RETURNS/REFUND POLICY 

Baeskinco will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition; no refund will be made for products that have been opened including opened plastic protector wrapping or are returned damaged. To return a product please contact hello@baeskinco.com. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. 

If the product purchased is defective or you feel is not as advertised, please email us at hello@baeskinco.com prior to returning the products and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Refunds – We do not do refunds because of change of mind.  

Fees that may occur: transaction amount minus a 2% fee via Shopify payments and 3% fee when paying with PayPal.
